Andy Barrett
Andy has a strong electronics and engineering background. He has jumped into the robot design field with both feet.
One of Andy's goals is to make AI robots that go beyond the toy robot scope.
Andy has begun a extensive robot research program and is underway developing several robot platforms. The shop is always swarming with new creations.
One of Andy's main goals is to bring a personal, smart and expandable robot to the personal and commercial user.
Andy has found some exceptional help in doing this through the members of the Robot Labs team.
Robotics and Software Design Engineer
Russell Mason
Russell is a great asset to the shop. He is currently studying for his master's at Arizona State University.
His studies include some of the most current and up and coming computer, analog and DSP sciences. This has allowed us to bring a wide range of modern and cutting edge solutions to our robotics .
One of the goals in the lab is to come up with new and innovative ways to interface and control robotic platforms. Russell has spearheaded this new direction and development at Robot Labs Inc.
Russell has been active in the modern robotics development for some time. His strong computer background is always giving us new ideas for user friendly product interface and signal processing and control for the robots.
He also brings his experience to our machine shop division. This is where we have made a commitment to supplying custom parts for the robot builder.
Robotics and Software Design Engineer
Julius Tavernaro
Julius is currently studying electronics and computer science at Arizona State University as well.
Julius brings his computer programming experience to Robot Labs to help in innovative new computer control methods.
Julius has a broad range of studies and interest. This is proven to be a strong asset in the shop for trouble shooting modern computer code and languages.
